About Ron Davis: Ron Davis is a native of Garland, Texas. He attended East Texas State University where he obtained a degree in Marketing and Finance. He began in the Home Building Industry in 1975. He obtained the status of Senior Housing Executive for National Homebuilders in Dallas and throughout Texas. He has over 25 years experience in product design, construction, marketing, land acquisition and managing Top Managers for bottom line accountability for some of the largest and most successful Volume Home Builders in Dallas, Texas. Ron has received National and local recognition as a New Home Sales Manager. He has been a speaker for the National Home Builder Association and has been recognized in Who's Who in Real Estate.

Ron Davis Custom Homes, dba of PREMIER RENOVATIONS, INC , was created in 1997 with the focus on Renovations. In 2004 the company began moving back in the direction of Quality Custom Homes. Ron's Custom Home Building Company built over 250 homes in the 1980's. Ron has the ability to see clearly what style and design mean to our buyers. About Chris Davis: Chris Davis has a strong background in construction and construction management. He grew up in Richardson, Texas working with his Dad in his New Home Building company and played baseball through high school.. Chris helped with the construction cleaning, sod laying, whatever his Dad would allow him to do at such an early age.

 Chris graduated form the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Economics. He began his homebuilding in earnest under the guidance of Ed Snider at Ryland Homes. Ed is one of the most respected construction trainers in this part of the Country. Chris hungrily absorbed every detail of the construction training. He rapidly became one Ryland's top builders. Chris moved up to Mike Kirlin Custom Home's and was responsible for homes in the $600K price range to $2.3 Million. He built the Parade of Homes Award Winning Home for Mike Kurlin in Lakes of Willow Bend in 2002. That home won the Grand award in every category. From there Chris became the lead Builder for Drees Custom Homes in Austin, Texas. in the $400K plus price range. He moved to Toll Brothers in Las Vegas as a Project Manager over homes in the $600K + range. He recently joined his Father at Ron Davis Custom Homes. Chris brings a tenacious eye for detail and accuracy and has an uncanny ability to add design panache into minute construction detail. Chris is obsessive about construction quality,as is his father, and together they make a tremendous team.
